We want you to be 100% happy with your coffee. Should something ever not be right, we make returns as easy as possible.
Easy Returns in 3 Steps
1. Register return
Please send us a short email with your reason for return and order number to hello@b2coffee.de.
We will immediately send you all further details
2. Packaging
Pack the unopened item in its original packaging. This enables us to quickly identify it and process your return smoothly.
3. Shipping & Refunds
Send the package back to us. Upon receipt and inspection, we will refund the full amount to your original payment method within a few days.
LEGAL INFORMATION & CANCELLATION FORM
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you took possession of the goods.
Please note: Coffee specialties can only be returned in sealed original packaging. Barista accessories must be unused and in perfect condition.
