The Origin

This exceptional coffee grows in the heart of Peru, surrounded by the untouched nature of the UNESCO Asháninka Yánesha Biosphere Reserve. Amidst this protected, species-rich ecosystem, coffee farmer Tania Andrade Gabancho cultivates her rare bushes in harmony with nature. A place of origin whose profound purity can be tasted in every single bean.

Preparation & Harvesting

Traditional Craftsmanship for Pure Clarity

The processing of this coffee is all about quality through selection. The coffee cherries are carefully hand-picked on the plantation. After pulping and the classic washing process, the beans are gently sun-dried. This traditional "washed" processing creates a wonderfully juicy, velvety mouthfeel and perfectly highlights the elegant nuances of dark berries.

Why We Chose This Coffee

For us, coffee must delight the palate and respect nature. This coffee grows in the heart of a UNESCO biosphere reserve and impresses with a particularly high proportion of noble Geisha beans. The awards at Expo Cafe and BIOFACH confirm what we knew from the first sip:

This award-winning coffee is an absolute highlight.
