This exceptional coffee, also known as "Resiliencia", comes from the highlands of Caicedo, Colombia. It is produced by Aprokafe, a dedicated association of Colombian coffee farmers committed to sustainability and strengthening their community. At an impressive altitude of 1,900 meters, the Castillo and Caturra varieties thrive, together forming this complex blend.

Preparation & Harvesting

The production process of Caicedo is meticulously monitored to guarantee the purity of its flavor.
